Job Description

Miracle Movers is seeking a reliable and highly organized Dispatcher to manage daily moving operations. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, trucks, and schedules, and supporting day-to-day operational needs in the field.

This is a hands-on, physically active role—ideal for someone who can manage logistics while also assisting with equipment, truck prep, and operational support as needed.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can make quick decisions to keep the day running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign moving crews and trucks while balancing workloads and minimizing overtime
• Dispatch crews daily with clear job instructions and expectations
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time
• Communicate with customers regarding ETAs, updates, and delays
• Handle day-of operational issues (call-outs, delays, equipment needs, etc.)
• Optimize routes and job flow for efficiency
• Maintain accurate job updates and notes in CRM/software systems
• Ensure trucks are stocked with required equipment at all times
• Coordinate truck prep and materials for the following day
• Assist in prequalifying mover and driver candidates
• Support the Operations Manager with scheduling insights and improvements
• Assist with lifting, organizing, and staging equipment/materials as needed

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions
• Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, scheduling tools, GPS)
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or the moving industry
• Experience coordinating field teams or service crews

Pay: $22.00 per hour
