Dispatcher

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated dispatchers to join our team. These positions play a key role in managing day and after hours operations and ensure smooth communication across multiple locations.

IMPORTANT : This in NOT a desk only position. You will be required to work in the field sticker vehicles in violation, doing logs of cars parked in visitor spaces, lot inventory, releasing cars from multiple locations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
• Schedule vehicle releases across 3 locations.
• Sticker vehicles for violations in accordance with property guidelines
• Maintain accurate visitor logs
• Perform general office and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficienty under pressure
• Dependable, punctual and self motivated
• Valid drivers license required
• Must pass a drug test

Day Shift

Sunday 6am - 6pm

Monday - Thursday 11am - 6pm

Night Shift Position #1

Sunday - Tuesday 6pm to 6am

Wednesday 6pm - Midnight

Night Shift Position #2

Wednesday 11:45pm - 6am

Thursday - Saturday 6pm - 6am
