Premier Locksmith has been servicing the RGV area since 2017. We've grown into one of the leading locksmith companies, while remaining family owned and operated. We're looking to add to our team! Service Dispatch Supervisor – Communication & Job Closure Focus

Position Title: Service Dispatch
Location: [McAllen, TX / On-site]
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive Service Dispatcher who can ensure jobs are closed out quickly and customers receive timely updates. This bilingual professional will also be a key point of contact for technicians, providing the tools and information they need while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage job assignments and adjust schedules to ensure on-time service
• Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to customers and field staff
• Track inventory and coordinate material usage for each job
• Monitor technician responsiveness and job completion status
• Document and close out jobs accurately in our service systems
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: English/Spanish required
• 2+ years of dispatching or service coordination experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with CRM and dispatch tools
• Solid understanding of job-related materials, parts, or field equipment
