This posting is for an 8am to 5pm shift working Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. This is an in office role located in Shelton, WA.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Dispatcher to keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll own the schedule, coordinate field technicians, and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. If you’re organized, have consistent follow through, are calm under pressure, and value excellent customer service, you’ll thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls via Quo, schedule services, and assist customers
• Maintain accurate service records and dispatch notes
• Flag delays, conflicts, or issues and help resolve them quickly
• Improve routing efficiency by minimizing travel time and increasing route density
• Monitor job progress and make real-time schedule adjustments
• Communicate clearly with technicians about job details and changes
• Flag delays, conflicts, or issues and help resolve them quickly
• Support operations with administrative and office housekeeping tasks such as filing, shredding, light cleaning, and reviewing reports.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of your responsibilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using scheduling software, VoIP phones, and Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the septic service or portable restroom rental industry
• Familiarity with the geography of Mason County and the surrounding areas
• Experience with ServiceCore or Quo
