Dispatcher

We are hiring multiple Dispatchers for full-time shift positions.

This job is not a typical desk job. It is often fast-paced and sometimes difficult. The position entails taking phone calls from customers (i.e. individuals, police and auto clubs) and entering their location, vehicle information and other information into the dispatching software accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude at all times.

This position communicates directly with tow drivers, assigning the proper vehicle / equipment to a call based on the particular needs of each call. At times, call volume is high, you must be able to multi task and handle several calls at a time, plus assist customers all while maintaining strong composure and professionalism. We will train on all software and dispatching.
