Position Overview

We are seeking a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for managing all incoming service requests and ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional service.

This role is critical to our daily operations and requires someone who is proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming service requests via phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on job priority and location
  • Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff
  • Ensure all customer needs and concerns are handled promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and internal systems
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks (e.g., commission tracking, data entry, reporting)
  • Follow up on open jobs, pending quotes, and incomplete work orders
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (Required)
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requests
  • Self-motivated and proactive — able to identify tasks and stay productive during downtime
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and basic plumbing terminology
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Important Expectations

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes initiative to learn and improve without being asked
  • Completes tasks accurately the first time
  • Stays focused and productive throughout the workday

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday (possible Saturdays if needed)
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Maintains a high level of professionalism and accountability

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

  • Google Workspace: 1 year (Required)
