Dispatcher Freshers

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Dispatcher to manage and coordinate freight operations across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking loads, communicating with drivers and brokers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across the US.
• Book loads from load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and other freight platforms.
• Negotiate freight rates with brokers and shippers.
• Monitor driver locations and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Provide regular load updates to brokers and customers.
• Handle documentation including Rate Confirmations, BOL (Bill of Lading), and POD (Proof of Delivery).
• Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, and payments.
• Resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, and route changes.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months–1 year experience in US trucking dispatch.
• Freshers can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,380.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
