Dispatcher - USA

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Dispatcher with proven expertise in DAT Load Board Software and cross-border freight operations, specifically U.S. to Canada. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and fully capable of handling the full dispatch process independently.

This role requires someone who understands the urgency and precision of trucking logistics and has hands-on experience managing drivers, loads, brokers, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for trucks moving freight from the U.S. to Canada
• Use DAT Load Board and other freight platforms to find, negotiate, and book loads
• Communicate with drivers to provide load details, routing, and support throughout the delivery process
• Ensure all loads are delivered on time and in compliance with regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, carriers, and customers
• Monitor and update load statuses in real time
• Resolve any issues or delays quickly and professionally
• Keep accurate records of all dispatch-related documentation
• Handle backhauls and optimize truck routes for cost and time efficiency
• Work closely with accounting to ensure proper billing and rate confirmation

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
