We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service r to join our team.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree or equivalent certification a plus.
- 2+ experience as a dispatcher or similar role required.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of service requests effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with both clients and field service engineers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties and responsibilities
- Receive and record incoming service requests from clients, including emergencies and routine service calls related to medical imaging equipment.
- Prioritize and dispatch field service engineers based on the nature of the service request, location, and expertise to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with both clients and field teams to provide updates, directions, and support as needed.
- Monitor and track job progress, ensuring that service requests are completed to the client's satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, provide status updates, and resolve service-related issues professionally and effectively.
- Manage schedules and resources, optimizing the allocation of field service engineers to meet service demands.
- Keep meticulous records of dispatching activities and job status.
- Collaborate with management and field service engineers to enhance processes, procedures, and workflows to improve overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Other work-related duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
