Dispatching Manager

Job Title: Dispatching Manager (Hands-On Packing)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Dispatching Manager who will handle manual packing of orders, manage daily dispatch operations, and ensure orders are packed correctly and sent on time. This role requires active involvement in packing, checking, and coordinating dispatch.

Responsibilities:

  • Manually pack customer orders with care and accuracy
  • Check product quantity, condition, and labeling before dispatch
  • Prepare parcels for courier pickup
  • Ensure correct invoice and shipment details are attached
  • Maintain daily dispatch records (manual or Excel)
  • Coordinate with courier riders for pickups
  • Handle returns and re-packing when required
  • Keep packing area clean and organized
  • Report any stock or dispatch issues to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate
  • Physically fit for packing and handling boxes
  • Basic understanding of order details and labels
  • Responsible, active, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure during high order volume

Experience:

  • Experience in packing, dispatch, or warehouse work is a plus
  • Fresh candidates can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs22,000.00 per month
