District Manager

As a District Manager , you will oversee operations across multiple sites within a region, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies, exceptional guest experiences, and strong financial performance. With your leadership and 10+ years of industry experience, you will drive sales, optimize operations, and develop high-performing teams that consistently deliver excellence.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Business Management or related field.

10+ years’ experience in customer-facing industries (hospitality, attractions, or retail preferred).

Proven expertise in workforce scheduling, rostering, and labor optimization .

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management .
