We’re seeking a dynamic District Manager to oversee 8-12 high-performing stores in our growing network. If you’re a leader with a passion for driving results, coaching talent, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this role is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Oversee store performance, including profit & loss, operational excellence, and branding.
• Drive Growth: Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability for fuel, food service, and retail.
• Inspire Talent: Mentor and develop store managers and teams for lasting success.
• Innovate Solutions: Tackle challenges with actionable plans to improve store performance.
• Travel Smart: Enjoy a hands-on role with extensive travel in your assigned territory.

What You Bring:

• Experience That Counts: 5+ years in retail (gasoline, retail, grocery, or food service), with multi-store management experience.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate diverse teams and drive results.
• Tech Savvy: Comfort with MS Office, e-mail programs, and inventory systems.
