Job OBJECTIVES: Summary of overall job purpose
Responsible for implementing, and managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives that foster a respectful, inclusive, and equitable workplace across all functions and locations of the organization. The role is responsible for promoting cultural competence, ensuring fair employment practices, and supporting employee engagement and belonging within a diverse workforce.
Day-to-day operations:

Support the development and execution of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local labor regulations.

Draft and maintain DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) policies, inclusive language guidelines, and anti-discrimination protocols.

Establish measurable diversity KPIs and integrate them into HR dashboards.

Design and deliver D&I training programs (e.g., unconscious bias, inclusive leadership).

Facilitate workshops, campaigns, and observance of key cultural or inclusion days.

Partner with L&D teams to embed inclusion into leadership development.

Act as an internal advisor to leadership, HR, and department heads on DEI-related issues.

Monitor compliance with national regulations (e.g., UAE Emiratization).

Track and address workplace discrimination or harassment complaints in collaboration with HR and Legal.

Analyze demographic data and trends across recruitment, promotion, and retention.

Report progress on diversity metrics to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Benchmark internal diversity practices against industry and global standards.

Engage with external diversity forums or regulatory bodies as needed.

Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to embed inclusive hiring practices.
Key Competencies:
A: Language skills:

Must be fluent in English.

Knowledge of Arabic Language and other additional languages are added advantage.
B: Technical competencies:

Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, practices, and employment laws.

Strong knowledge of diversity and labor regulations in the UAE.

Excellent knowledge and experience with data analysis, policy development, and training facilitation.

Analytical and reporting skills (Power BI / Excel / HRIS tools)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
