Employee Relations (Team Building Specialist)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Employee Relations (Team Building Specialist) to join our dynamic parking management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment by implementing effective team-building initiatives and enhancing employee engagement across our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and facilitate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and communication among staff.

- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace concerns and promote a healthy work culture.

- Plan and execute employee engagement programs that align with organizational goals and improve job satisfaction.

- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to identify employee needs and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with HR and management to resolve conflicts and improve employee relations.

- Monitor the effectiveness of team-building initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Support onboarding and integration processes to help new employees acclimate successfully.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in employee relations, team building, or organizational development, preferably within service-oriented industries.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.

- Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative team-building activities.

- Familiarity with labor laws and employment practices in the UAE.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
