As part of the HR team in UAE, the HR Business Partner plays a key role in supporting Talent Management and employee experience programs. You will support internal teams and stakeholders in leading HR initiatives within the Gulf region.

This is a 6-month temporary role covering for a team member on maternity leave and we’re looking for an engaging, vibrant, and adaptable learner who can quickly integrate into our dynamic environment and make a difference in:

  • Playing a lead role in talent management programs and and promotion of HR programs related to company needs, objectives, goals, and core values.
  • Focus on aspects such as change management, transition management, conflict management, team development, and various other people management interventions to ensure that employees remain engaged and committed to the company in liaison with stake holders .
  • Drive company policies & procedures. Liaise with all relevant departments to promote and ensure communication of the HR functions.
  • Be operationally well versed with different aspects in HR from HRIS management, Payroll management (limited role), merit review evaluation with stake holders and associate partnerships
  • The role includes; but not limited to Talent Management, Performance Management, L & D, Employee / Labor Relations, and Compensation Benefits Projects.

What will you do:

  • Managing and supporting HR priorities and initiatives in compliance with local laws and company policies.
  • Overseeing performance management process, Merit evaluation process and payroll.
  • Maintaining employee records and support HR systems (Workday).
  • Acting as the main contact for HR queries and policy guidance for respective stake holders and associates
