Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Division Manager to lead our ELV & Home Automation division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, team leadership, project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ELV & Home Automation division, ensuring operational and financial performance.
• Develop business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify new project opportunities and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Oversee sales, technical, and project execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and approve technical proposals, quotations, and project designs.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and guide team members to achieve division goals.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote innovative smart-home and ELV solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in ELV/Home Automation, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, Smart Home Automation, AV Systems, Lighting Control, etc.
• Proven experience managing sales, operations, and project teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
