Division Manager-Female

The Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fitness facility in Qatar. This role ensures the delivery of an outstanding member experience while maintaining high operational standards, supporting membership growth, managing team performance, and ensuring alignment with MTM Group’s brand values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Supervise all daily facility operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe functioning in accordance with MTM Group policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all gym equipment, amenities, and group fitness spaces are properly maintained and kept in excellent condition.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as facility guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational areas.

Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Lead and manage a diverse team including personal trainers, reception staff, cleaning personnel, and group fitness instructors.
  • Plan staff schedules, manage leave requests, and coordinate shift rotations to ensure appropriate coverage at all times.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and individual coaching sessions.
  • Promote a positive and motivating workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

Member Experience & Retention

  • Create a welcoming, professional, and comfortable atmosphere for members and visitors, emphasizing hospitality, inclusivity, and privacy.
  • Address member feedback or concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy.
  • Implement retention strategies such as loyalty programs, member engagement events, onboarding processes, and follow-up communication.
  • Monitor member satisfaction indicators (NPS, reviews, surveys) and implement improvements when necessary.

Sales & Revenue Performance

  • Work closely with the sales team to increase membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as membership growth, attrition rates, class participation, and personal training revenue.
  • Support local marketing activities and collaborate with the Commercial team on promotional campaigns.
  • Encourage staff to actively promote and upsell additional services and offerings.

Facility Presentation & Brand Compliance

  • Ensure the facility consistently meets high standards of cleanliness, atmosphere, and visual presentation in line with MTM Group brand guidelines.
  • Keep all digital displays, promotional materials, and member communication points updated with current campaigns and information.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards by ensuring staff follow uniform, grooming, and service etiquette policies across all departments.
