Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Division Manager – Home Automation to lead, manage, and grow our smart home and building automation business across the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee sales, operations, technical teams, and project delivery, ensuring revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to position the division as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Home Automation division, including sales, project management, installation, and technical support teams.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of smart home and automation solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Drive business development initiatives: identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities while managing key client accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technological innovations to sustain competitive advantage.
• Establish operational policies, quality standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring cost control and division profitability.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance, skills, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or Business Management (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10–15 years of proven experience in sales, operations, or project management within home automation, smart home, AV integration, or related technology sectors in the UAE.
• Demonstrated success in leading divisions, business units, or large-scale projects.
• Strong technical expertise in home automation systems, IoT, AV solutions, and smart technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid track record in business strategy execution, budgeting, and profitability management.
• Deep understanding of the UAE market, client expectations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
