The Divisional Manager – Corporate Services is responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding the division’s footprint in the UAE market. This includes identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and leveraging global networks— particularly CLA Connectivity—to attract investment and elevate the division’s performance.


The Manager reports – Corporate Services reports to one of the company's partners and plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding business opportunities, and enhancing service presence within the consultancy sector. This dynamic position requires proactive engagement with ADGM and DIFC to identify investment opportunities in the UAE, as well as leveraging CLA Global Connectivity and global networking for business expansion.

The role also involves leading team and conducting in-house staff training to ensure high standard service transactions, improving client satisfaction and retention, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and driving innovative solutions


Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategy

1. Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share and attract

foreign investment.

2. Build strategic partnerships, including leveraging CLA Global connectivity.

Market Research & Analysis

1. Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify trends and

opportunities.

2. Produce market intelligence reports to inform strategic decisions.

Sales & Revenue Generation

1. Lead sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue

targets.

2. Track leads and maintain detailed sales reports.

Regulatory Compliance

1. Stay updated on UAE commercial laws, international tax regulations, and

compliance frameworks.

2. Ensure internal practices align with legal and regulatory standards.

Networking & Representation

1. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking

platforms.

2. Build visibility and credibility in the consultancy and investment sectors.

Team Leadership & Development

1. Lead and mentor the corporate services team, aligning operational goals with

strategic objectives.

2. Conduct training and performance reviews to ensure high service standards.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

1.Track KPIs and business development metrics.

2. Prepare and present management reports on progress and outcomes
