Document Control Officer
Preferably Philippine National
Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain all project and company documents in both electronic and physical formats.
- Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, labeled, and easily accessible to authorized team members.
- Control the issuance, receipt, and tracking of documents such as drawings, letters, submittals, contracts, and reports.
- Follow and implement document control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and vendors for document submissions and approvals.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking sheets.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant departments.
- Support audits by providing accurate and updated documentation.
- Safeguard confidentiality and ensure proper version control of all documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
- Proven experience in document control, administration, or project support—preferably in F&B, or technical industries.
- Proficient in document control systems (DMS), MS Office, and PDF tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume documentation and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
