Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and update all project-related documents, drawings, and records.
  • Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Control the flow of documents between project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Maintain document logs and ensure all documents are properly numbered, versioned, and distributed.
  • Review and check documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
  • Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions.
  • Support project managers and site teams with documentation needs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive project and company information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 3 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller, preferably in interior design/fit-out or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems (DMS/ERP preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
