Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Document Controller with 0-1 years of experience in a Dubai-based construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and communication skills and be capable of handling all documentation processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize all technical and project-related documents
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
• Ensure proper filing and version control of all documents
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance in document control procedures
• Update logs and systems for easy document retrieval
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 0-1 years experience as Document Controller in the UAE Construction sector
• Proficient in MS Office and document control software
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
