Key Responsibilities

  • Implement document and data management systems to control the flow of project information
  • Track, register, and monitor all incoming and outgoing documentation using EDMS or ACONEX
  • Ensure document numbering, approvals, and revision procedures comply with project requirements
  • Maintain updated logs, transmittals, and reports for all design and construction documentation
  • Expedite review and approval processes for internal and external correspondence
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely exchange of information
  • Manage archival and retrieval of documents at project completion in accordance with retention policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of controlled documents at all times
  • Train and support junior document control staff to ensure consistent workflow
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and digital document layouts when required
