- Manage and maintain a document control system for all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and contracts.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of documents (physical and electronic).
- Track and record document revisions and updates, ensuring that the latest versions are available to the team.
- Coordinate document distribution, both internally and externally with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Review and verify document completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist project teams with accessing, retrieving, and archiving documents as required.
- Coordinate the issuance of documents to clients and other stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to project status, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Maintain and update a document register to ensure efficient document retrieval and auditing.
- Ensure that all project documentation complies with local regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and sign-offs with relevant stakeholders.
