Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage all documents and records related to interior fit-out projects, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, material approvals, contracts, and correspondence.

* Ensure proper documentation (numbering, stamping, formatting and filing) as per ISO standards.

* Distribute and track documents between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and clients.

* Follow up on document approvals and ensure timely responses from relevant stakeholders.

* Prepare transmittals, submittals, and document summaries when required.

* Support project teams with document retrieval, printing, scanning, and archiving.

* Ensure all documents are stored securely and backed up regularly.

* Assist in preparing handover documentation and project close-out files.

* Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in Construction or Interior fit-out industry.

* Proficient in Aconex / EDMS / Document Management workflows

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control software.

* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Strong organizational, communication and record-keeping skills.

* Must be based in Abu Dhabi
