We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain our company’s documents and records

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, update, and maintain the document management system.
  • Receive, track, and distribute documents to relevant teams.
  • Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and filed.
  • Maintain version control and track document revisions.
  • Prepare and maintain document logs, reports, and registers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in document control.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
