ROLE SUMMARY

The Document Controller ensures smooth sales operations by managing all sales documentation, providing administrative support to the sales team and management, coordinating travel and meetings, and assisting the CRM team with client communication and data updates. The role ensures organized records, timely processing of documents, and seamless coordination across teams to enhance overall efficiency and client experience.

ROLE PROFILE

• Maintain and organize hard copies and electronic copies of signed contracts, ensuring proper filing and archiving.
• Handle all paperwork related to sales operations, including copying, scanning, and distributing documents.
• Ensure all sales documents are updated, stored securely, and easily accessible when needed.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure all necessary documents are completed and processed efficiently.
• Assist the CRM team in managing client inquiries and messages through communication channels.
• Maintain an updated calendar for management and provide reminders for important appointments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience at real estate, preferably with a reputable developer or brokerage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
