Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all company documents related to real estate operations including contracts, agreements, approvals, permits, drawings, and correspondence
- Maintain an organized digital filing system while working from home
- Ensure proper document registration, tracking, and version control
- Maintain accurate document registers and logs for all incoming and outgoing documents
- Coordinate with Sales, Leasing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations teams via email, phone, or online platforms
- Visit the Municipality and other government authorities to submit, follow up, and collect documents, approvals, and permits as required
- Handle documentation related to property registration, NOCs, approvals, and licenses
- Monitor expiry dates of important documents and inform concerned departments for timely renewal
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of all company and client documents
- Prepare reports on document status, pending approvals, and submissions when required
- Work from home on regular days and visit the office only 2 days per week for coordination, filing, and document handover
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate / municipality regulations
Requirements:
- Male UAE National (Emirati) only
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Prior experience with Municipality and government document submissions preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
