Document Controller

We are looking for a Document Controller who can join immediately and has strong knowledge or hands-on experience with Aconex and InEight for fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and control project documents
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Check document accuracy and revision control
• Distribute drawings and documents to project teams
• Maintain document registers and templates
• Ensure confidentiality of project information
• Prepare basic reports as required
• Actively use Aconex and InEight document control systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller in fit-out or construction projects
• Familiarity or strong working knowledge of Aconex and InEight is mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to join immediately
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
