Document Controller

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Document Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Saudi national proficient in Aconex, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling project documentation for our construction and engineering initiatives.

• Manage and maintain project documents using the Aconex document management system
• Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable
• Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate document distribution to relevant project stakeholders
• Track document revisions and maintain version control
• Generate regular reports on document status and project progress
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
• Liaise with project teams to ensure timely submission and processing of documents
• Provide training and support to team members on document control processes and Aconex usage
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information

• Proficiency in Aconex document management system
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organisational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Previous experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering projects
• Experience with electronic document management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field (preferred)
• Aconex certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of construction or engineering project documentation processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
