We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the delivery of one of the most ambitious and innovative international destination programmes ever undertaken.

Based in Riyadh, this landmark global event will redefine the traditional expo experience by blending immersive cultural zones, daily activations, and AI-driven experiences. The programme will seamlessly merge world-class hospitality with cutting-edge technology, creating a destination designed to welcome millions of visitors from around the globe.

As Document Controller , you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the project’s document control systems across major construction and infrastructure packages. Working within a large multidisciplinary delivery team, you will ensure that all project documentation is accurately recorded, distributed, and maintained in accordance with programme standards and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the project document control system for construction and consultancy documentation
• Ensure accurate receipt, logging, distribution, and filing of project documents, drawings, and correspondence
• Maintain version control and ensure the latest revisions of documents are available to project teams
• Coordinate document submissions, approvals, and transmittals between contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor document workflows to ensure compliance with project procedures and timelines
• Support audits and reporting by maintaining accurate and organised document records
• Work closely with project, commercial, and programme teams to ensure effective information management across delivery packages

About You

• Experience working as a Document Controller within major construction, infrastructure, or large programme environments
• Strong knowledge of document control processes, systems, and best practices
• Experience using electronic document management systems (EDMS) on complex projects
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of documentation
• Comfortable working within fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with contractors and consultants
