Document Controller is responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, maintenance, and retrieval of documents. This role ensures that all documents are accurately managed, securely stored, and easily accessible.
Duties:
· Screens and responds to mail.
· Prepare responses to correspondence related to JOs, tenders and others.
· File documents in physical and digital records.
· Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
· Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
· Prepares delivery note and arrange the issuance of invoices.
· Assists in preparing tender submittal and ensure that all bid documents are properly arranged.
· Assists in logistic jobs & project monitoring.
· Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
· Perform all related duties as assigned.
· Review documents to ensure they meet quality and compliance requirements.
Skills / Qualifications
· High school diploma or associate degree.
· Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
· Familiarity with project management.
· Data organization skills
· Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
· Ability to work with a broad range of people.
