Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Document Controller to manage the preparation, consolidation, and submission of project documentation. This role is critical in ensuring that all work performed by the company is professionally documented and successfully uploaded to our client’s CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation: Create and format reports, letters, and certificates in MS Word and PDF based on company templates.
- Data Entry & Consolidation: Use MS Excel to compile data from various field reports into master sheets for client review.
- Quality Control: Review all documents for spelling, layout, and formatting consistency before they are sent out.
- CAFM Portal Management: Upload consolidated documents and data entries into the client’s CAFM system, ensuring all mandatory fields are accurate.
- Filing & Archiving: Maintain an organized digital filing system for all "Works Done" records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Meeting Deadlines: Ensure all submissions are completed within the required KPIs and client timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Typing Speed: High proficiency in typing (minimum 50 WPM preferred) with high accuracy.
- Software Skills: * Advanced MS Word: Must understand headers/footers, styles, and page numbering.
- Intermediate MS Excel: Familiarity with basic formulas and data organization.
- PDF Tools: Ability to merge, split, and compress PDF files.
- Language: Good command of written English for professional communication and proofreading.
- Aptitude: A fast learner who is comfortable using new web-based portals and software.
