Job Summary:-
The Document Controller cum Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining all project and sales documentation in compliance with ISO standards, while also supporting the sales team in preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and maintaining client communication. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong understanding of ISO documentation procedures.
Job Responsibilities:-
Document Control (ISO Compliance):
✅ Maintain, organize, and update company documentation in accordance with ISO standards and internal procedures.
✅Control the issuance, distribution, and retrieval of technical and commercial documents.
✅Ensure correct formatting, version control, and traceability of all controlled documents.
✅Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and records.
✅Manage document archiving and digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
Sales Coordination:
✅Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
✅Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
✅Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
✅Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and generating reports.
✅Respond to client queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
