About Us:
Besomi Group is a growing company focused on client project management, sales coordination, and sourcing high-quality products. We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our Unit Manager and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales reports.
• Maintain customer databases and track orders.
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Competencies:

• Customer-focused, proactive, results-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
