Document Controller - Operations Services

Islamabad, Pakistan

The Document Controller is responsible for supporting the team with day-to-day filing, documentation, and administrative submissions. This role involves routine but critical service tasks that ensure accounts remain accurate and up to date in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include preparing insurance certificates, issuing auto ID cards, maintaining policy records, and managing documentation such as Open Item Control Documents (OICDs).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue insurance certificates and auto ID cards.
  • Organize and maintain insurance policies and related documentation.
  • Manage Open Item Control Documents (OICDs) to request missing information and track outstanding file requirements.
  • Complete filings, renewals, and other required submissions.
  • Maintain client data in relevant folders and systems.
  • Enter and update information in Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Provide support with general account servicing tasks.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and documentation accurately.
  • Proficiency in Excel and standard office applications (Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
