Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is hiring a Document Controller in Dubai, UAE to manage and coordinate all project documentation across design, construction, and operations teams. The role ensures that all engineering, procurement, and administrative documents are properly registered, distributed, and stored in compliance with Parsons and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement document and data management systems to control the flow of project information
* Track, register, and monitor all incoming and outgoing documentation using EDMS or ACONEX
* Ensure document numbering, approvals, and revision procedures comply with project requirements
* Maintain updated logs, transmittals, and reports for all design and construction documentation
* Expedite review and approval processes for internal and external correspondence
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely exchange of information
* Manage archival and retrieval of documents at project completion in accordance with retention policies
* Maintain confidentiality and integrity of controlled documents at all times
* Train and support junior document control staff to ensure consistent workflow
* Assist with presentations, reports, and digital document layouts when required

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree or diploma in a relevant field
* Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in document control within construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
* Experience handling confidential project documents and communications
* Knowledge of EPFM, ACONEX, and other electronic document management systems (EDMS)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, document templates, and digital presentation tools
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
