We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented document controller with a financial background and the ability to handle purchasing tasks. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation, support financial-related reporting, and coordinate procurement activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, control, and organize all project documents (soft & hard copies).
  • Maintain document logs, ensure proper filing, and follow company procedures.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and cost-related documentation.
  • Handle purchasing tasks including:
  • Preparing purchase requests and purchase orders
  • Coordinating with suppliers
  • Collecting quotations and comparing prices
  • Track and follow up on deliveries and procurement schedules.
  • Ensure document accuracy, version control, and timely distribution.
  • Coordinate with project teams, finance department, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Preferred female candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller; experience in finance or purchasing is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Experience in construction or contracting companies is an advantage.
