The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining all retail-related documentation with a primary focus on invoice preparation, submission, and tracking. The role also involves store visits to collect required documents, ensure invoice accuracy, and coordinate with store management for timely submission and approvals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process sales and service invoices accurately and in line with company policies.
  • Collect supporting documents from retail stores and departments for invoice preparation.
  • Conduct store visits to verify documentation, gather missing information, and ensure timely invoice submission.
  • Submit invoices to clients, malls, or vendors through designated platforms or in person.
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping (both electronic and hard copies) of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending invoices and payment statuses.
