Responsibilities:


  • Organizing and classifying documents and files according to the center’s procedure to ensure easy access to them when needed
  • Ensure the application of archive policies and the retention of documents and files in accordance with approved standards and regulations
  • Protecting sensitive data and information by securing it and ensuring privacy and confidentiality
  • Cooperating with other departments to ensure continuity of operations and providing them with the necessary documents when needed
  • Follow up on the work of the Documents and Archives Center, apply the principles and rules for preserving and managing documents, follow up on technical operations, and organize their circulation in accordance with the laws and regulations.
  • Following up on the process of destroying documents whose preservation period has expired in accordance with the standards of the National Center for Documents and Archives
  • Coordinating the visit and reception of the Documents and Archives Center for government agencies
  • Raising documentary awareness among employees through internal announcements and activating international days related to archives and document and archive centers


Professional Skills:

  • Good communication skills to interact with departments effectively
  • Technical skills in using electronic archiving systems and related programs
  • Full knowledge of the regulations and policies of the National Center for Documents and Archives


Years of Experience:

3 years minimum.
