Travellink Relocation is a growing visa immigration and travel services company. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Documentation Assistant to handle client files, visa paperwork, hotel/ticket bookings, filling Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Schengen form and appointment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize client visa documentation accurately
  • Draft professional cover letters, travel itineraries, and application forms
  • Book visa appointments and track application timelines
  • Handle hotel reservations and flight ticket bookings for clients
  • Verify documents for completeness and compliance with embassy requirements
  • Maintain proper records of client files (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate with sales and processing teams for smooth workflow
  • Follow up on pending documents and appointments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in visa documentation or travel/immigration company (preferred)
  • Knowledge of visa forms, embassies procedures & travel bookings
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, email, document scanning, CRM if available)
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple files
