Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate professional to join our team as a Documentation Handler & Case Worker. This dual-role position involves managing client case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documentation, and providing case management support to clients. The ideal candidate will balance administrative efficiency with empathy and client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Handling
- Collect, verify, and organize all necessary documents from clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit reports, applications, or forms as required.
- Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Case Work
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Assess client needs, develop action plans, and provide guidance/support.
- Coordinate with relevant departments.
- Track case progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in case management, documentation handling.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases/files simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of compliance, confidentiality, and data protection regulations.
Preferred Skills
- Multilingual abilities.
