Job Description & Responsibilities:

Conduct blockchain readiness, maturity, and feasibility assessments across relevant domains.

Map blockchain capabilities to organizational challenges and strategic objectives.

Evaluate permissioned and public blockchain platforms, including Hyperledger, Ethereum, and Quorum.

Analyse existing workflows to identify opportunities for improved trust, automation, and traceability.

Develop ROI models, impact analyses, and technology scorecards to support executive decisions.

Review smart contract requirements, digital identity frameworks, and tokenization opportunities.

Assess interoperability, governance, and compliance considerations for blockchain adoption.

Collaborate with technical, business, and legal teams to validate feasibility and risk factors.

Monitor industry trends such as ZK proofs, decentralized identity, and digital assets regulation.

Prepare clear, detailed documentation and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

Support integration opportunities between blockchain, AI, IoT, automation, and enterprise platforms.

Provide expert advisory on standards, best practices, and emerging blockchain frameworks.

Ensure that proposed solutions align with broader enterprise transformation and innovation goals.

Contribute to organizational technology strategy through research and benchmarking.

Facilitate workshops, awareness sessions, and stakeholder discussions on blockchain applicability.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in blockchain consulting, emerging technologies, or technology strategy roles.

Proven experience conducting blockchain feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and maturity evaluations.
-
Strong understanding of blockchain architectures, smart contracts, tokenization, and digital identity.

Familiarity with governance, security, interoperability, and compliance frameworks for distributed systems.

Experience working with both permissioned (e.g., Hyperledger, Quorum) and public blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum).

Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for diverse stakeholders.

Certification: Blockchain Council Certified Blockchain Expert (CBE) | IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer or Hyperledger Certified Professional

Excellent command of English is mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
