We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Freight Forwarding Customer Service & Operations to manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities across Air, Sea, and Road If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and are passionate about customer excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of freight forwarding operations while ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Freight Forwarding Operations

• Manage import/export shipments (Air, Sea, Road)
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational shipment matters
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customers, overseas agents, and vendors
• Ensure accurate billing in line with agreed pricing structures
• Maintain detailed and accurate data entry in CargoRunner system (including cost and revenue accruals)
• Coordinate with customs clearance, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
• Handle shipment discrepancies, damage/loss claims, and resolution processes

Cost Control & Vendor Management

• Optimize profitability across Air, Sea, and Road freight activities
• Build strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive market rates

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with clearance, warehousing, finance, and commercial teams
• Participate in internal and external logistics training programs to enhance industry knowledge

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding (mid or large-sized forwarding company preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL, Special Equipment – Open Tops, Flat Racks)
• Road Freight Logistics
• Sea-Air Transportation
• Port operations & import/export processes

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with freight forwarding operational systems
• Strong understanding of pricing, cost control, and operational workflows
