Job Title: Draftsman – Joinery

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman with a solid background in architectural drafting and interior joinery detailing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, cutting lists, and detailed joinery designs for production and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and joinery layouts from architectural and interior design concepts.
• Develop cutting lists, material specifications, and production drawings for furniture, cabinetry, doors, wall cladding, counters, wardrobes, etc.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on client/consultant feedback or site conditions.
• Ensure that all drawings are prepared in line with company and industry standards.
• Maintain drawing logs and version control of all updates and modifications.
• Conduct site visits (when required) to understand project requirements and take accurate measurements.
• Liaise with procurement for material selections, hardware detailing, and joinery fittings.
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings, 3D views, and as-built drawings when required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a plus), and familiar with other drafting tools.
• Strong knowledge of joinery construction techniques, materials, and hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Good understanding of fit-out details, carpentry/joinery specifications, and site coordination.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
