Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our design team for furniture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings, blueprints, and design layouts for furniture production. The draftsman will work closely with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in turning concepts into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, sketches, and blueprints for furniture designs.
• Convert conceptual ideas from designers into precise CAD drawings.
• Ensure all drawings meet company standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from designers or clients.
• Maintain proper documentation and organization of all design files.
• Assist in material selection, dimensions, and technical specifications as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software. Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Max, or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of furniture design, joinery, and material properties.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in furniture manufacturing or interior design is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
