Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with strong expertise in 2D drafting, particularly for architectural and façade drawings. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings, and coordinate effectively with the design and engineering teams. Knowledge of BIM, 3D modeling, and proficiency in Revit will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop 2D architectural and façade drawings in compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Support design and engineering teams by producing detailed technical drawings and layouts.
• Interpret design sketches and specifications into accurate drafting outputs.
• Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
• Ensure drawings meet project, quality, and safety standards.
• Assist in creating 3D models and BIM coordination drawings when required.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design/drawing issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in architectural or façade works.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential).
• Familiarity with façade detailing and architectural construction drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM, 3D modeling, and Revit (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good understanding of building codes, drawing standards, and detailing practices.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM tools.
• 3D visualization and rendering experience.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
