MEP Estimation Engineer

• Prepare accurate MEP cost estimates based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Review tender documents and prepare quantity take-offs
• Develop and modify MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
• Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Assist in tender submissions and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project requirements Minimum 2 years UAE experience in MEP estimation & drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and Planswift
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in BOQ preparation and cost analysis
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Knowledge of UAE market and pricing

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
