Job Summary:

The Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender documents for projects. The role involves analyzing drawings and specifications, calculating material and labor requirements, obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all estimates are completed within the specified timelines and company standards.

MEP Estimation Engineer

• Prepared detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects in accordance with client specifications and project requirements.
• Reviewed tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications to identify project scope and estimation requirements.
• Performed quantity take-offs for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and associated MEP systems.
• Prepared Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns using current market rates and project specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
