Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for architectural metal facades, decorative metal works, balustrades, cladding systems, canopies, and similar structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE/local regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate shop drawings and fabrication details using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Review and revise drawings based on site measurements, RFIs, and coordination with other trades (e.g., glass, concrete, structural steel).
• Ensure accurate documentation of revisions and as-built drawings, with strong attention to material types, finishes, joinery details, and installation methods related to metalwork.
• Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla (for 3D metal detailing)
• Strong knowledge of architectural metal and façade systems
• Familiarity with GCC building standards and fabrication/installation sequences
• Diploma or technical degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
